MINUTES of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held at the Council Rooms, Grants Lane,
Wedmore
on Wednesday 8th September 2021 at 7.30.pm

In the absence of the Chair it was agreed that Cllr D Cox should act as Chairman of the meeting.

2. Declarations of Interest – Cllrs Beacom and James-Lloyd declared an interest in 50/21/00061/DT and
took no part in the subsequent discussion or decision.
3. District Council members – Nil.
4. Minutes. The minutes of the meeting held on 11th August 2021 had been circulated. It was agreed
that they should be signed by the Chairman
The Chairman then adjourned the meeting to allow Mr Dan Foster to address the Committee. The
meeting then resumed.
