Proposal: Erection of a dwelling, attached garage and a drive with parking
Location: Combe House, Combe Lane Wedmore. BS28 4DZ

COMMENT: Support. This application is fully sustainable with discreet hidden pipework and outstanding architecture. It will fill a gap between two existing properties with no detriment to the street scene and will enable a local person who grew up in the village to return with her family.

COMMENT: Support. This is a self build cottage style dwelling built to a high standard with sustainable heat source. It is well away from neighbouring properties and will not have a detrimental impact on the landscape. It will also enable a local person who grew up in the village to move back near his family.

COMMENT Object. The accompanying documents have insufficient detail to come to a rational decision and there seems to be no justification to build a new annex when there are sufficient outbuildings that could be converted.
