MINUTES of a Meeting of the PLANNING COMMITTEE held by ZOOM video conferencing
on Wednesday 27th January 2021 at 7.30.pm

3. District Council members – Nil
4. Minutes. The minutes of the meeting held on 7th January 2021 were confirmed and would be signed
later. Cllr James-Lloyd asked if “no observations” were made on an application but some additional
comments were added, these should be shown in the minutes. This was agreed for future reference.
5. Planning Applications –
The Chair adjourned the meeting to allow Mr Bob Drew to address the Committee. The meeting then
resumed.
